Recruitment and talent database
By sending a CV or application to DROP AUDIO, you give consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the processing of your personal data for recruitment purposes. This consent is expressed through the act of submitting the application.
During an active recruitment round, your data is used solely to assess suitability for the open position. Once the position is filled, data of unsuccessful candidates is deleted within 2 business days, unless you have consented to being added to our talent database.
If included in the talent database, your data is retained for up to 1 year from submission, so that DROP AUDIO may contact you about future openings. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@dropaudio.lt, after which data is deleted within 2 years.
Application data is not shared with third parties.
