In brief
- For clients under a service agreement, their representatives/employees, and prospective clients

Existing clients
Data is processed to provide the video/audio commercial voice-over, sound clip production, original music and sound design services set out in the service agreement.
Clients' (natural persons') data is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Representatives' and employees' data is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in performing the service contract with a legal entity client).
Data may be disclosed to parties legally entitled to receive it (e.g. lawyers, bailiffs, courts).
Retention: for the duration of the contract and 10 years thereafter.
Prospective clients
Data is processed to maintain communication regarding an order — i.e. to take pre-contractual steps or respond to an inquiry.
Prospective clients' (natural persons') data is processed under Art. 6(1)(b); their representatives'/employees' under Art. 6(1)(f).
Not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
Retention: 1 year after the last communication, plus 10 years for rights-protection purposes.
