Video surveillance

DROP AUDIO operates CCTV cameras on its premises for the purpose of protecting property and ensuring the safety of persons on site. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller in securing the premises.

Recordings are stored for a maximum of 2 weeks, after which they are automatically overwritten. They are not shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g. to law enforcement) or where footage is needed as evidence in connection with an incident.

Signage informing visitors of the surveillance is displayed at the entrance to all monitored areas.
