Newsletter subscribers
Your email address (and name, if provided) is processed for the purpose of sending DROP AUDIO newsletters, news and updates, on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Your data is processed by our website maintenance and email-sending service provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf.
Retention: up to 5 years from the date of consent, or until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, data is retained for no more than 2 years (to evidence that consent was lawfully obtained and withdrawn), then deleted.
You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by writing to privacy@dropaudio.lt. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
