Suppliers and their representatives
Data is processed to enter into and perform procurement agreements for goods and services required by DROP AUDIO.
Supplier data (where the supplier is a natural person) is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Data of representatives and employees of legal-entity suppliers is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in performing the procurement agreement).
Data may be disclosed to lawyers, bailiffs, courts, and other parties legally entitled to receive it.
Retention: for the duration of the contract and 10 years thereafter.
